As a headline, Jessica Baker was OUTSTANDING! Jessica has the perfect balance of professionalism, sense of urgency, positive attitude, excellent integrity and superb customer service. I was the executor for my Mother's estate which is not a fun but necessary role. My Mother lived in Southern California and I live in Lake Tahoe, but two of my Mother's properties were in the Paso Robles area. She had a Tri Plex in Atascadero and a residential home in Paso Robles. Note that I had never seen either of the properties. Jessica came highly recommended to me by the Property Manager who had rented the properties over the long term. Given my dealings with the property manager were successful and she ran the rentals professionally, I decided to take her recommendation and go with Jessica. I should not that over the last 40 plus years my wife and I have bought and sold numerous propertities (residential and commercial). We always had highly professional and excellent real estate brokers, but I must say Jessica was BEST IN CLASS as she made the entire process as simple as it could be from assessing the property, making repairs to dress them up for sale, assessing comps and recommending a price and them importantly making the sale and executing the close perfectly. I would highly recommend Jessica!

She anticipated our needs, worked with our budget, found us something above our wildest dreams, worked her butt off to get us everything we wanted even with a difficult listing agent and difficult sellers, was so knowledgeable about not only every step in the real estate process but with contractors and what needed to be done prior to sale for us to use a conventional loan. She worked closely with our lender (also recommend) and answered every question we had, even at crazy weird hours. We literally couldn't have done it without her as this was a complicated purchase and I would recommend her to any and everyone!
